The CI will now also run the e2e tests on devnet, which increases the time it takes to complete all CI checks.

I've confirmed that the two failing E2E scenarios is a result of a bug that was merged to main and is fixed in #607. I am able to reproduce this specific failure locally and the logs present the same symptoms as this bug, where the proof window start height is much larger than expected:
