[E2E] Test REST Relays

Summary

• Add REST E2E relay test that queries the ollama backend service.
• Change expected E2E response to be unmarshallable JSON instead of "result": "0x which is ethereum specific.
• Update TheApplicationSendsTheSupplierARequestForServiceWithData step function to accept a path.

The CI will now also run the e2e tests on devnet, which increases the time it takes to complete all CI checks.

You may need to run make trigger_ci to submit an empty commit that'll trigger the tests.
