Objective

Scope out and prepare all the work needed to launch Shannon's Beta TestNet.

Origin Document

Goals

Launch Beta TestNet with the MVP tokenomics features needed for MainNet
Create well scope work that can be picked up by engineers
Split the work into as many

Deliverables

[ ] Idenfy deliverable components of Shannon tokenomics that can be implemented in separate (parallel or sequential) components
For each component above:
- [ ] Create one E2E test (i.e. user flow) for each feature such as this example
- [ ] Create a [GitHub Issue] using this template

Non-goals / Non-deliverables

Implementing any of the tokenomics work itself
Updating any relevant documentation
Modeling the actual tokenomics
Settling on concrete governance parameter values

General deliverables

[ ] Comments: Add/update TODOs and comments alongside the source code so it is easier to follow.
[ ] Testing: Add new tests (unit and/or E2E) to the test suite.
[ ] Makefile: Add new targets to the Makefile to make the new functionality easier to use.
[ ] Documentation: Update architectural or development READMEs; use mermaid diagrams where appropriate.
