Objective

Deploy our shannon acotrs (see https://github.com/pokt-network/poktroll-docker-compose-example) on Cloudflare Workers.

Exploring other options of deploying Shannon actors.

Goals

Investigate/understand how easy/hard it is to deploy a RelayMiner and AppGate Server on Cloudflare Workers
Expand our deployment options
Gain insight into how "hard coded" our tooling & infra is
