Web : Add indications of partial metrics and incomplete averages

The web should display visual queues when the leaderboard data has a status not equal to OK.

PARTIAL and INCOMPLETE status should be signaled in yellow.
MISSING status whould be displayed as a red dash -, as there is no actual value to show. The given -1 value should be ignored
