Manager / Sampler / Evaluator : Random Signature Test

We need to support a random signature generation that can be easily mascaraed as public traffic. For this we need to:

• Add support for signature task in manager.
• Add support in the Sampler to have access to a LM to sample queries.
• Add tracking in evaluator.
