Description

This pull request aim to add AMP support to MPFS discovery kit

Type of change

add AMP support to MPFS discovery kit

How Has This Been Tested?

Build and run mpfs-disco-kit-amp (test amp example)
Build and run icicle-kit-es-amp (test amp example)

Test Configuration:

Hardware: MPFS Discovery board, Icicle Board
HSS version: Custom version (49059dbed), in order for the build to run the IHC bug must be fixed, make sure you have an HSS with that fix
