PolarFire SoC USB Linux driver, getting error "cannot open device /dev/video0 exiting" #265

hello, while connecting webcam to ICICLE kit getting error "cannot open device /dev/video0 exiting" command $ v4l2-ctl --device /dev/video0 --set-fmt-video=width=640,height=480,pixelformat=MJPG --stream-mmap=3 --stream-count=100 --stream-to=stream.vid
