Hi, this a great project. I would like to attempt an exporter for MS Visual Studio Code theme. I am not sure if this has already been started.

No, there's no ongoing work at present in writing a MS Visual Studio Code exporter, so if you'd like to create one then I'd be more than happy to merge it into the project once it's ready.
