项目运行时，加密配置获取时，Property类对象数据为Null #1265

Describe the bug 北极星上有个配置加密内容文件，然后Config类中有个创建bean的方法内，加入了这个property类，运行时此类为null image

将配置加密去除后，对象可以正常使用
