This somehow wasn't uploaded to crates.io, and there is an issue open about this upstream: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/THRIFT-5640

The upstream thrift release has been published on crates.io by now, so we can switch back to that.

Obsolete with 0.1.2 out of the door today.
