Can I query the battery level on-demand?

Description:

I can get the battery level returned to me in the callback on connection, but I'm wondering if it's also possible to trigger a battery level request. I haven't seen mention of it here, nor in the example apps, but could've missed it. Thanks.

I asked about it few months ago and there was no way to do it then :/
