Sometimes getting rate limited by Discord (Cloudflare) due to too many requests from the given IP since we're not using a static IP of our own, but one of the pooled Render IPs.
Solution
[ ] Setup our own static IP via QuotaGuard or equivilant
[x] Better error handling in these cases, i.e skipping Discord notifications or notifying users during connections
