Sound Buffer Problem, And 64 Bit Build. #117

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Running Gens RR Win Xp 64 Bit or Win 7 64 Bit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sound is cracking like if the Sound buffer need adjustment.
Would like to have a adjustable sound buffer if thats the issue with the sound. 
Also would be nice to have 64 bit build that runs on WinXp 64 bit.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gens_11B Gens_svn341 Gens_svn351

Xp64 Bit and Win7 64Bit.
