Display gets cut off after switching from 16-bit to 32-bit color #21

A large chunk of the bottom of the game screen turns permanently black if
the color depth changes from 16-bit to 32-bit while Gens is running. This
only happens for the Normal and Double render modes, all other render modes
(EPX, etc.) appear correct.

Correction, what causes the problem must be more specific than what I thought
it was.
Here is the actual way to reproduce the problem:

- Open Gens10
- Set the render mode to Double
- Open Gens9f (while Gens10 is still running)
- Set its render mode to Double also
- Close Gens9f

If you still can't reproduce it after doing that, maybe it's something wrong
with my
video card.

I still couldn't reproduce it... I'm using directX 9, maybe that matters.
