Modified (Hacked) games will not load #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download this game for example: http://umk3.hacking-cult.org/2710.zip
2. Unzip, open Gens10(or 11), game won't load. Can be loaded through emulators 
such as Gens 32 Surreal.
3. Same with all modified games. Something to do with the file-size?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected the game to run and start making a TAS. What I see instead is a black 
screen and fps going from 0 to 3.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Gens 10 and 11a. Windows Vista 32 bit.

Please provide any additional information below.

As noted before, these games can be loaded on emulators such as Gens 32 Surreal.
