fixing path error

This PR fixes a path error, and adds a dummy pre-generated time file (that will be used for generating the first complete "real" one, and then replaced in this repo.) This is different from the timing file under logs, which keeps track of the currently running analyses. The pre-generated one drives the status bar, and the currently running one we can use to track how long the analyses takes different users.
