tutorial on git? (maybe this is more appropriate within Computing)
fix typo and formatting, also should Russ be referred to as Dr. Poldrack?
who has permission for editing code? should code be shared publicly from the start (via GitHub)?
how to add license, link to descriptions about licenses
how to reference source (e.g. stackoverflow) if used
explain standard way of storing credentials (basically explain separate document added to .gitignore)
code review: add buddy system here? or at least clear guidelines for expectations for code review

made several changes to address these in 45c64cd. Please have a look at the revised page and lmk if there are any other changes required. I am not sure what to say about code review policy since we don't have anything established yet.
