This is a cleanup of #8, which should make it easier to review. Original description:

Replaced straight masking of face with sinc downsampling and nearest-neighbor upsampling. Facial structure is heavily downsampled for anonymization, but retains sufficient structure for whole-head registration for (e.g.) brain extraction.

Closes #8.
