Replaced straight masking of face with sinc downsampling and nearest-neighbor upsampling. Facial structure is heavily downsampled for anonymization, but retains sufficient structure for whole-head registration for (e.g.) brain extraction.

Thanks Russ! Let me know what you think of this as an alternative to straight masking.
