Hi, Yongwook, Just getting to reviewing this PR. Please see my initial thoughts below:

• You could also consider integrating this with the data_parser.py and main.py at the root level.
• Regarding output, the state distribution JSON file might need to match the format of the commodities state distribution JSON file or other state distribution JSON files.
• In the past, I have added a separate JSON file (e.g., commodities_subprograms_data.json) to store the summaries, while the "*_state_distribution.json" contains only information about different states.
• Please also upload the generated JSON files to this PR.
• You could consider using shorter column names for a better readability
