CCC - I would suggest a pop up box or “?” mark for users to click on and get help

I propose to add a Help button under the Feedback button on every page and use the same Java script library for a page wisard as we use in EDP (press on "i" sign): http://www.europeandataportal.eu/mqa-service/en/dashboard.html
