load data (UI and curl): load json metadata included in zip #130

Rules:

  1. Each json file should be named(doc_id) the same as an existing score file within the zip.
  2. No json for "corpus" Q:
  3. When the metadata is also extract-able from scores, do we prioritize info from json?
