help UI: score quality #77

NEW: things should be addressed about the score quality: people may modify metadata with other tools, etc...

OLD: right now it is not possible to modify metadata on UI, only view on dashboard should we allow people to add/edit metadata through UI? if yes, public or private(for certain users)?

discussed with Raphael: no we don't want it, we may mention other tools to modify metadata in HELP section
