Change annotation headings to include a brief description #57

Rather than label all annotation headings the same (Location, Lyrics, etc), they should include a brief description of the annotation so we don't have a situation with lots of un-expanded annotations all with the same heading.

For example... "Recording location: MIlan" would be better than simply "Location"

Requires the relevant data/label to be pulled through from the KG in the transformation process.
