add gh-pages deploy option #73

add instructions to README

this was tested on a previous (stable) version, resulting in this commit: https://github.com/polifonia-project/sonar2021_demo/commit/9c707386edb26eddd34ea68746f704c739ef5d3f

as the latest commits on develop throw errors for me, I haven't been able to deploy the latest version.

@JaseMK or @ccolonna feel free to test the deployment with more recent versions if the latest develop build correctly on your machines.
