Fix bug in Matomo plugin when `matomoGlobalLoaded = true` #7

The load function previously aborted with an error because server was not defined. Pretty sure the code meant to check the fields in the config.

Thanks for the quick merge! Could you release this to NPM? I don't want to rush you, but if it could be released today or in the coming days, that would fit well with a Tobira release, which will likely happen early next week.
