Updating vp1 reference with more recent seqs

• Updating the vp1 reference file with more recent sequences for better detection
• New reference file runs without errors, gives similar results to current on test data (in piranha\piranha\test) except for barcode03 (WTTest) where using either reference does not classify this sample as WT and instead gives the majority of reads unmapped (229 unmapped for current reference, 209 for new)
• I'm not familiar with this test data/how up to date it is; is this expected? @aineniamh
