potential alignment bug #29

multiple snp changes in a row can cause misalignment, which then reflects oddly in the repor barcode04_report.html.zip

reads 132(no A) -> (shows no T, C) 235 G reads, 14 A, 1 - 133(no G) -> (shows no A, C) 224 T reads, 2 -, 20 G 134(no T) -> (shows no G) 41 C reads, 195 -, 12 T, 2 A reads

Closing as have not been able to replicate issue and gone stale. can repoen if it's brought up again
