Missing files or instructions #23

Looking around the code I see hard-coded IPs, a webapp that errors on default run, instructions that have no setup.py as mentioned in the other Issue

It also looks like to get it working it needs to be in physical path /app/ to begin with.

That's all I've been able to decipher so far, but up-to-date instructions would come in handy.

My apologies, 3.5 years belated. This project was originally written predominantly out a fever dream. Although it's public, I really didn't anticipate anyone coming across it. However, I'm working on a photography project and the examples here, have brought me upon my own project... 🤯 I'll do better.
