Describe the bug
It is not highlighted that it takes 3-5 business days for a 10DLC registration to complete. Clients might think they can receive 10DLC pricing immediately after completing the form, but we need to give them the expectation that it will take another 3-5 business days to complete. We may also want to include the caveat that if vetting is declined it may take more time to provide the additional information to pass vetting.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to the administrative dashboard and read 10DLC callout
Expected behavior
Add text:
"After completing this form it usually takes an additional 3-5 business days for the vetting provider to complete the process. If the application is not accepted the turnaround time will increase as we will need to follow up with additional information and resubmit."
