Cannot request a requestable exam #406

Describe the bug In a requestable exam section, after request button, there is a new section that we need to write why we need this exam early. After writing an explanation into this text field. When I click on confirm button, it gives an error that saying fill the text field before proceeding.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Exam call'
  2. Click on 'any course that has requestable tag'
  3. Click on 'Request'
  4. Fill the text field, why you need to take this exam early
  5. Click on 'Confirm'
  6. See error

Expected behavior It needs to allow user to confirm their request when user filled the text field
