Ticket reply sent multiple times #479

Describe the bug I replied to a ticket by typing the message and then hitting the send button, and the same reply was sent 10 times. The app took a while both to confirm the action (for many seconds there was a spinner in place of the send button), and to update to show the reply being sent.
