KOF Series - Flash option

In some KOF series, for example kof 2002, there is an option that screen flashing when a character dies or hit with desperation moves. The problem is, it always makes my eyes sick. (You can see an example video from here▶ youtu.be/s8hdGHyJy0w)

Originally it is supposed to be disabled automatically as the game runs, because the GGPO was. (Fightcade is using the exact same kof2k2 rom file that GGPO used.) And that's one of reasons why I loved GGPO quite a lot, personally.

Please, please turn off the shit flash option. I really don't understand why that is necessary.

Yes, I know I can change it manually for myself on dip switch menu, but you might know it's ridiculous doing that every single time for playing with someone each time, besides it requires the game got reset and even I must take 1P. Bloody ridiculous.

Well, as always on these kind of case, we need to check it out with the community. If you can link it on the room like you did with the fail sf2ce maybe the people on Kof rooms are more "active" and we can get some feedback. If we get enough i have no problem changing all the savestates again, but i want to be sure that everyone is going to be happy with the change ;).

The arcade default for the flash is "off", lots of players are accostumed playing like this and so do I.

Looks like people either doesn't care or it's against it, so please @3xcl4m4t10n remove the flash setting when you have time.
