Guru Meditation error and Desynch issue in sf2ce #67

Hi there, first I congratulate pof and his team, for making this awesome ggpo cross supercade, it is really good. and I enjoy playing games there.

sf2ce (Street fighter 2 champion edition etc 920313) is my main game, and there a large number of players are playing, approx 30-35 players at certain time zone,

Unfortunately we are getting an error "Guru Meditation" at certain circumstance like whenever someone picks E.honda, blanka, boxer, dhalsim and does multi hit grab while opponent smash buttons and try for escape, suddenly emulator crashes and error says "Guru Meditation". Whereas we get a second issue "Desynch" problem. Desynch is not relevant with any certain conditions, it can be happen any time, but that Guru meditation is a conditional error. (I/we have 100% working rom).

I downloaded another clone version of sf2ce named "sf2ceuc" (US version 920803), and tried to test that bug online, but unsupported room gives me error [unsupported is not supported by FB Alpha.] and not loading the game, while I did all necessary steps which requires to play unsupported games (created sf2ceuc_ggpo.fs and then renamed it to unsupported_ggpo.fs)

Hi @poliva , I requested one of my Brazil friend ((Caution)) and we tested that sf2ceuc game, and unfortunately sadly this game also has that error Guru meditation. Any help to correct that problem.

Reset all your configurations or reinstall fightcade if needed. Some of you can have some wrong configuration that make the Guru Meditation error.
