Linux version doesn't start due to error

The "fightcade" executable does not start because it causes errors:

Unable to load library icui18n "Cannot load library icui18n: (libicui18n.so.48: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)"

Segmentation fault

Please download version 0.39, should fix that issue.
