Save state remake - Githubissues

Hello team,

I am making a bunch of new savestate for FightCade. At the moment i am only making Neo Geo Fighting games because for the rest of Neo Geo games i will use (maybe) another modus operandi. Here is what i am doing:

Cabinet options:

1coin = 9credits 2coin = 9credits Rest of the options are default.

With that it will not necesary to smash the credit button. BTW the players start always with 99 credits.
Slot 1 options: Language: English Continue: With Difficulty: Level 8 Show Credit Level: Both OFF Blood: On/Red Rest of the options are default.

*In-game options:

Always try to start at the more "esthetic" frame. This varies from game to game, for example AOF2 have some broken frames when you start the game so i omit those two frames where it happen. At SVC the savestate start right after the how to play screen, at the black frame.
I unlocked all the secret characters (or extra content) while they are not unbalanced and they are legally available (not by using any exploit, trainer, cheat or similar). For example, I unlocked Mr. Karate and Mr. Big from AOF 1 but not Omega Rugal from KOF 98.
I always activate the Japanese Region. This is because some games have censorship in other countries like for example, Mai Shiranui in some KOF versions.

Of course, this is under the community demand. If anybody want to share something left or want to modify something because it is better for the community (like the Matrimelee case) I will modify it :D.

Tell me what do you think about this. Today later i will have the first 10 savestates avaible :D.
