hi, initial screen is black, can increase brightness if done imediately , or stuck on black screen. #56

hi, initial screen is black, can increase brightness if done immediately with f1 f2 , or stuck on black screen. fn + f5 f6 has no effect. Automatic brightness pulses like its having a fight between system control and lightum :)

Ubuntu 16.04 macbook retina 15" with Nvidia.

Whats the best way to unistall without breaking my backlight ?

where is /bin/lightum started from and what did it replace?
