Create Call Filters and XCM Paths for Assets and NFTs #6

Users should not be able to mint new assets or create new NFT collections directly on DropIt.

Instead they should rely on the Asset Hub.

XCM paths need to be created which allow access to create assets and collections from the Asset Hub.
