Staking upcoming todos

Staking is in need of some TLC. With the upcoming changes for v1.4 in Kusama and Polkadot there is a list of tasks to focus on:

• [x] Compatibility with legacyClaimedRewards and claimedRewards for in apps-routing for staking. (Resolved) Rel: https://github.com/polkadot-js/apps/issues/10388
• [x] Ensure apps-routing staking has support proper logic for the erasStakers check. https://github.com/polkadot-js/apps/pull/10498
• [X] Ensure compatibility for upstream changes to eraExposure derive (ref: https://github.com/polkadot-js/api/pull/5815) 10.12.4 of the api which had the following changes were merged here
• [x] Finish support in page-staking has full comaptibility with the changes explained in https://github.com/polkadot-js/apps/issues/10004 https://github.com/polkadot-js/apps/pull/10498
