My experience may be unique but I have experienced the confusion more than once as it relates to fractional amounts (say KSM). What was confusing is when I was trying to use Statemine to mint and I had my extension address that had enough KSM on it, but I had not teleported KSM there. So it said I did not have enough to cover the fees and like I risked going to zero with exesential amount. But again I had not teleported, but that was the confusing part. I'd like to look at protection and that goes for all community. I'd love to see an embedded conversion factor chart built into the UI to clear it up. The confusion came with fractional KSM (less than 1), so gets into the denominations, micro, milli, kilo, etc.....so confusion set in. So even after I figured out I need to teleport over, in looking at the UI there is still need to change the denomination to fit what I need and it's just not easy. I think this may be the situation: I am experimenting in account with not a lot on it, talking sub KSM. So when I go to get it there, it's just not easy to figure out what the hell the UI is asking in terms of fees and then matching that up with the appropriate amount. Like what I can do with bitcoin (as example), I can input .33 Bitcoin and hit enter and get the amount in USD. I'd love to see that built into UI to solve this issue of confusion. The issue is not only related to confusion, but also protection - not for me, but for all. The issue is if it drops under the X amount, they lose it all. To me, there should be zero confusion at that point. I apologize I am not smart enough to build it! I just know the technology is capable and to let the technology do the math for us (equations) would be in best practice, eliminate error, eliminate risk, and eliminate confusion. I have say .333 KSM. I have no clue what I should use, micro, milli, kilo, etc. I could do it 2x and in 6 months try again and would be stumped all over. I apologize for my math skills. I need a cheat sheet built in, like was on the peechees in school, only automated with today's technology! Good idea or bad idea?
