I cannot unlock or send transferable astar from substrate

I have 18k transferable astar i want to send. i click unlock vested amount and put in password and it does nothing. i try to send my astar to my kucoin address and it times out after a couple minutes. i updated to 0.44.1 but still nothing. can someone help me? ive sent my astar before with no issues. my friend has the same problem. thank you
