The Polkadot JS extension is not available on other tabs after installation.

• What is the current behavior and expected behavior? Current behavior : After installing polkadot-js extension on the Google Chrome browser the custom application opened on another tab does not see it i.e. the web3Enable method returns an empty array. Expected behavior: After installing polkadot-js extension the web3Enable method returns an array that includes polkadot-js object.

Note that this behavior happens only on the Google Chrome browser ( Version: 106.0.5249.119 (Official Build) (64-bit)) and works as expected on Firefox.
