Error while teleporting #1214

What is the current behavior and expected behavior?

When I click on teleport to sign the transaction with the extension, I see the error shown in the attached screenshot

the above seems to not be from the polkadot-js extension. Closing, needs to be addressed elsewhere, certainly not here which is the polkadot-js extension.

(Could possibly be related to the V3 updates as logged in apps)

TL;DR This is for the polkadot-js extension only, I cannot support other forks here - there is enough to do so issues here needs to be pin-point to polkadot-js issues, not others. (However, this could be related to a V3 update issue as logged in apps, feel free to comment there if related)

TL;DR2 Not bored, so needs focus.
