identity.provideJudgement extrinsic is not recognised #34

the judgement is not shown for different accounts e.g. https://polkascan.io/polkadot/account/14K71ECxvekU8BXGJmSQLed2XssM3HdBYQBuDUwHeUMUgBHk

It seems, that a identity.provideJudgement extrinsic is not recognised, if sent through a proxy eg. https://polkascan.io/polkadot/transaction/0x7165a629ac3b6071e82ffee2c1a20689924596e1ab426bc34f5f283e66ba8d60

check this address on polkadot.js apps and the judgement is there
