Hello . I created a wallet polka wallet and when I logged into the section mnemonic to write a secret phrase in a safe place password incorrect. What should I do to restore access to

The password is correct. I attach photos to the letter. Previously logged in via Face ID

can't access mnemonic section I enter correct password
