DragonStake identicon diff #154

DragonStake identicon in Polkawallet:

In Polkadot UI:

Now seems only DragonStake diff.

This green is a HSL color with value hsl(101, 108%, 53%), but color parsing method in flutter not support 108% which >=1.0, so it was parsed as 0.08 and turns out to be dark red.
