I added the settings tab, because i realized, that we can't change the language in the app without it.. we should discuss if this is actually a feature we still want and if yes get the design for it.
i can of course remove the tab again.
Reputation and Overall ceremonies don't have yet their functionality implemented, will follow.
developer mode is in, can be removed if not needed.
