29 update the default rviz file on startup of the grasping pipeline #208

changed start_rviez argument behavior, now you can specifiy the rviz file you wanna laucnh, else false is still default value like this => start_rviz:=reachy_grasping

Added a more generic way of doing, every option present in reachy_description/config will be offered kept true as an option that leads to reachy.rviz, for legacy support ['true', 'false', 'reachy', 'reachy_grasping']
