This is some personal finance app for nextcloud?

Any chance to make it compatible as a cloud backend to https://github.com/moneymanagerex/moneymanagerex ?

I haven't touched this in some time and the feature set is just non-existent. I only have the barest elements of a nexcloud application. This seems built on GTK+ and C++ so how would an implementation work from this? Is there a server component to this?
